The new Residential Tenancy forms have been released in ADLForms today (1st July 2013) as per requirements under the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 as amended by the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2011 and the Residential Tenancies Regulations 1989 as amended by the Residential Tenancies Amendment Regulations 2013.

1. ADL not only provides the standard
Residential Tenancy Agreement as required under legislation, but also versions with extra terms and conditions that help better protect the Landlord's and Agent's interests in the tenancy.

2. There is now the requirement in the Residential Tenancy Agreement and the Form 1C - Notice of Termination to cross out certain text that does not apply.

When saving the form the state of the text is saved and will be reflected accurately in the form the next time the saved form is opened.
