Due to popular demand we have now released the ability to apply Electronic Signatures on certain notices within ADLForms.
No More Printing then Signing
Simply Apply, Save & Print
The new ADL Electronic Signatures feature will make the production of notices a much faster and simple task. Once Setup ADL will keep a library of valid signatures for your computer, which can be selected at a click in the new ADL Signature Fields:

We have made it easy to add signatures to the ADL Signature Library, making getting started very simple.

A great deal of thought went into the ADL Electronic Signatures feature in respect to usability, legal requirements and the types of forms that such a feature could be used on. For this reason this feature will NOT be used on any forms that form a contract or agreement between parties.
The forms released today with this new feature are as follows:
- RTA Form 9 - Entry Notices
(AU-QLD-RE-PM-T12 & AU-QLD-RE-PM-T13)
- RTA Form 10 - Notice of Lessor's Intention to Sell Premises
(AU-QLD-RE-PM-T14)
- RTA Form 11 - Notice to Remedy Breach
(AU-QLD-RE-PM-T15)
- RTA Form 12 - Notice to Leave
(AU-QLD-RE-PM-T17)
To gain access to the new feature click the 'Update' button from within the Main Menu of the ADLForms program.
