Digital Signatures are now available on a wider range of forms in ADLForms, including entry and exit condition reports.

Our wider range of Digital Signature forms allows you to sign notices and condition reports without having to print them. In a multiple form merge situation (eg. daily entry notices) you can sign all instances of a form in one fell swoop.

Once setup correctly, ADLForms will also automatically initial all pages of your entry and exit condition reports as soon as you apply your signature to the last page of the report.

You can even apply your signature to a template so that your signature always automatically appears on a form when you open a new form using that template.

1. When adding a digital signature to a form, ADLForms now automatically inserts your name into the signer's name field and today's date into the signing date field (where applicable).

If there is already a date in the date field you will be prompted as to whether you wish to replace it with today's date.

This feature significantly reduces the amount of typing required to be done when completing notices and condition reports and ensures greater accuracy on forms.

2. Due to client feedback we have added a new 'Pets' clause to the ADL versions of the RTA Form 18a (General Tenancy Agreement - with ADL Additional Items and Terms).

This new clause is in line with similar clauses we have in other States in Residential Tenancy Agreements. Among other things the new pets clause makes provision for the Tenant's pet requirements in respect of:

• Pet health and hygiene
• Premises cleanliness and hygiene
• Control of pets
• Strata scheme by-laws
• Council laws and by-laws
• The effectiveness of fences as pet enclosures
• Breaches to the new conditions

The clause will not only provide tenants with precise guidelines with respect of keeping pets on the premises but will help ensure a better neighbourly experience.

3. Updating ADLForms

ADLForms should have automatically updated to allow access to the new forms and the latest version of the software (9.4.4) when you first opened ADLForms today. If this has not occurred then:

1. Click the 'Update' button from the main menu of the program. Please allow a few minutes for the forms and/or program to download and install.
2. If this fails to update your forms then:
   • Select Tools -> 'Re-initialise ADLForms’ from within the Main Menu of the ADLForms program. This will close the program.
   • Restart ADLForms and click the 'Update' button.
3. If you still do not have the updated forms click here to download and re-install ADLForms.
4. If all the above do not result in a successful forms and program update please contact our tech support team for assistance.
